I'd rather not use a save editor, because that would mean I'd have to use one for every subsequent play-through if I want to get the materials (and it's easy to screw stuff up by accident when using save editors). Are there any other DLCs that are known to conflict with the N7 materials? As I understand, these items are supposed to appear automatically upon installation of the pack, so there's obviously some sort of problem that's causing them to not show up.

The additional items that the deluxe edition is supposed to have, including all of the N7 guns, the N7 hoodie, and KEI-9, are nowhere to be seen. Unfortunately, the only in-game materials included with it that seem to be actually working are From Ashes and the alternate squad outfits.

I purchased the N7 Digital Deluxe Edition Upgrade from Origin, having already purchased the Mass Effect 3 base game (PC version), and installed it with everything else.
